My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, right in the heart of the Colonial Zone with easy access to attractions and restaurants. However, the room was smaller and older than expected, needing some maintenance. The service was top-notch, except for one condescending encounter. The dining options were good overall, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the Colonial Zone, allowing for a relaxing stay close to everything. The rooms had some issues with lighting and size, but eventually, I ended up in the honeymoon suite which was wonderful. Service was a mix of condescending and exceptional, with Benjamin Sanchez going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The dining experience offered traditional Dominican cuisine near all the iconic landmarks.
